What you should know?

• Entrance: The entrance to the apartment is from 14:00.

• Keys: The key collection process for the Sabinas Apartments takes place at the Hotel Sauce, on Calle Espoz y Mina 33, very close to the apartments.

• Arrival Time: We appreciate you letting us know your arrival time to make it easier to collect the keys.

• Identification: All hosted clients must register at check-in with a valid document.

• Departure: The departure from the apartment is done before 12:00.

• Cleaning: The apartments include entry and exit cleaning. Daily cleaning service is not included in the rate, but can be requested at an additional cost. The apartments include cleaning products.

• Cancellation policy: Cancellation is free if made at least 48 hours before the day of arrival.
  If the cancellation is made with less time, you would have to pay us the total amount of the first night.
  «Non-refundable» reservations, in case of cancellation, the amount of the reserved stay would not be refunded.

• Deposit: The client at the time of registration must pay the amount of €150 as a deposit at the Hotel Sauce reception.
  This amount will be returned on the day of departure once the apartment/room has been reviewed and verified that it is in perfect condition. The amount of the deposit will be refunded in the same way (cash/card) in which the charge was made.

• It is not allowed to smoke.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Parties are not allowed.
