Obligations of Users of Tourist Services

The owners of the establishments may prevent the access and stay in them of users who fail or have previously failed to comply with any of the following duties (art. 36.3 and 22 Tourism Law 13/2011)


1. Observe the rules of coexistence and hygiene dictated for the proper use of tourist establishments.


2. Respect the internal regulations of tourist establishments, as long as they are not contrary to the law.


3. Respect the agreed date of departure from the establishment, leaving the occupied unit free.


4. Pay for the contracted services at the time of presentation of the invoice or within the agreed period, without the fact of submitting a claim implying exemption from payment.


5. Respect the establishments, facilities and equipment of tourism companies.


6. Respect the environmental environment of the historical cultural heritage and tourist resources of Zaragoza.


7. The hotel establishment may request prior payment guarantee, regardless of any of these means: credit card, transfer, etc., for the contracted services, both for the entire reservation and for the extras.


8. The hotel day begins at 2:00 p.m. on the first day of the contracted period and ends at 11:30 a.m. on the day designated as the departure date. On dates of maximum occupancy of the establishment, the availability of the accommodation unit to the user may be delayed for a period of time not exceeding two hours. Without prior agreement, extension of your occupation for longer than the contracted period will not be permitted. If there is an agreement, the amount of a full day must be paid.


9. Two people will not be allowed to stay in a double room that has been booked as a single. In this case, the rate set for double use will be paid.


10. The hotel establishment has a safe deposit box service in all rooms. The establishment is not responsible for the loss or theft of money or valuable objects that are not deposited in the aforementioned safe deposit boxes.


11. Cleaning is not included in the rate. If you want to count on cleaning, the hours are from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Do not use the towels in the room other than for personal hygiene.


12. Smoking is prohibited in the establishment, except as permitted in Law 28/2005, on health measures against smoking, as well as in Law 42/2010, of December 30, which modifies it.
We warn that Clients who, despite the smoking ban, continue to smoke in the rooms will be charged an extra night, because a room with the smell of tobacco becomes unusable for a non-smoking person. It needs at least one day of ventilation and cleaning to be minimally suitable for other clients. Likewise, out of respect for others and the environment we ask smokers to please never throw cigarette butts on the ground.

13. Access of people accompanied by animals without express authorization from the establishment to the Reception and Cafeteria is prohibited with the exception of people accompanied by guide dogs, as established by Law 5/1998, of November 23, relating to their use in Zaragoza. of guide dogs for people with visual impairments.


For those establishment services intended for both clients and the general public, access and/or permanence of people will be prevented in the following cases:


1. When the established capacity has been completed with the users who are inside the venue or establishment.


2. When the closing hours of the establishment have been exceeded.


3. When the minimum age established to access the premises is not reached, according to current regulations.


4. When the person displays violent attitudes, especially when they behave aggressively or cause altercations, they cause dangerous situations or inconvenience to other attendees.


5. When the person does not meet minimum hygiene conditions.


6. When the person carries weapons and objects that can be used as such, unless, in accordance with the provisions of the specific applicable regulations at any time, they are members of the Security Forces and Corps or private bodyguards integrated into companies. private, and access the establishment in the exercise of their functions.


7. When the person is consuming drugs, narcotic or psychotropic substances, or shows symptoms of having consumed them, and those who show obvious signs or behaviors of being intoxicated. It will also be the cause of expulsion when they cause malicious damage to the facilities, scandal, noise, especially in the face of complaints from other users whose tranquility and privacy are disturbed.


In all these cases, the hotel establishment may resort to the assistance of the Agents of the competent Police Authority. However, and in the cases described above, the person is obliged to pay the expenses that he or she has generated up to the moment of the prohibition of access or permanence in the establishment.


The Establishment is not responsible for damage caused or received to vehicles that use the parking service or for objects stored inside them, as well as for the theft of the vehicle itself.

Advice and suggestions

1. Monitor and control your luggage. Do not leave it unattended.


2. Keep the door closed when you are in your room. Close the door to your room when you leave it, and try opening it again to make sure it is properly closed.


3. Close your luggage when not in use and place it in your closet. If your luggage has a lock, always use it, never display jewelry, money or valuables in your room.


4. Protect your room key. Do not simply leave it at the Reception desk, always return it in hand when you leave the hotel establishment. Never show your room key in public places.


5. If you forget or lose your key, only the reception staff is authorized to provide you with a new key to open your room.


6. Safety regulations prohibit the use of irons or any other electrical appliance that may cause a fire in the rooms of the hotel establishment.


7. Don’t be upset if they ask you at reception to identify yourself. It’s for your safety.


8. When socializing with strangers, do not reveal the name of the hotel establishment or your room number.


9. Never allow repair personnel to enter your room without having been requested or authorized by the management of the hotel establishment, never allow people to enter your room with deliveries that have not been requested.


10. Never discuss specific plans for future excursions, outings, etc., in public or with strangers.


11. If you wish to have your room tidied up, hang the notice, “Please tidy up your room,” on the outside of your room door. If you wish not to be disturbed, post the notice: “Please do not disturb.”


12. Do not hang clothes over the terrace railing, or inside it on ropes.
13. If you discover any type of deterioration or anomaly, contact reception.


14. The electrical installation in your room is 220 Volts.


15. Respect the areas where the rooms are located during night and nap hours, and in general, avoid making unnecessary noise.


16. Please use the facilities appropriately, respecting the furniture of the hotel establishment, as well as the schedules of all the facilities of the hotel establishment.


17. We appreciate your participation in the event that during your stay at the hotel establishment, any accident and evacuation drill is practiced.


18. Some hours may change depending on the time of year.


19. Immediately notify the Management of any abnormal event that you notice, such as: people acting suspiciously in the hallway, repeated phone calls from people who do not identify themselves, knocks on your room door from people unknown to you, etc.


The personal data of the Clients may be incorporated into our files for purely commercial and promotional purposes, and may be accessed at any time to proceed with their rectification, modification or total or partial cancellation with just request it by any means from the hotel establishment, based on the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data.
